Dit geldt met name voor agrarisch gebied<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>rondom windturbines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wiek-erosie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De gigantische wieken van windturbines zijn zo licht en zo sterk mogelijk om een optimale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">energieopbrengst te bereiken. Ze zijn voornamelijk samengesteld uit glasvezel versterkt met<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">epoxyharsen. De wieken van windturbines staan bloot aan grote krachten. De wieken bereiken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">snelheden boven de 300 km\/h (83 m\/s), zodat regen, hagel, zand, stofdeeltjes met grote snelheid op<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">het oppervlak inslaan. Dit kan tot scheurtjes en materiaalverlies leiden, hetgeen vaak ook nog<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">verergerd wordt door blikseminslagen en de blootstelling aan UV licht. Dit fenomeen heet&nbsp;\u2018Leading<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edge Erosion\u2019&nbsp;(LEE). Hierdoor verspreiden zich deeltjes in de omgeving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Root Causes and mechanisms of failure of wind turbine blades overview<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/ma15092959\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/ma15092959<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat komt in de omgeving terecht?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het onafhankelijk artsen collectief Wind Wiki biedt achtergrondinformatie (Bisfenol A uit turbinebladen&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;Wind Wiki:)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opvallend is dat er weinig bekend is in medisch wetenschappelijke literatuur over de impact is van dit materiaalverlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Epoxyharsen bestaan doorgaans uit twee verschillende monomeren (de simpele bouwstenen) die<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">met elkaar reageren en een sterke binding aangaan in lange en grote vertakte molecuulcomplexen,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">de polymeren. Als monomeren worden meestal bisfenolen gebruikt, met Bisfenol A (BPA, naar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bisphenol A) als meest voorkomende vorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De windindustrie zelf publiceert zo goed als nooit gegevens over de ernst en<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">omvang van dit fenomeen, uitgezonderd de bedrijven die zich gespecialiseerd hebben in het<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">repareren van schade of systemen ontwikkeld hebben om de schade zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schattingen van materiaalverlies per windturbine per jaar zijn dan ook moeilijk aan te geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn aanwijzingen dat micro-organismen epoxide kunnen afbreken. Wat daarbij vrijkomt moet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">beter onderzocht worden. Microplastic deeltjes kleiner dan 1 micron kunnen dan namelijk direct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">door cellen opgenomen worden, zowel door plantaardige cellen, micro-organismen als dierlijke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">cellen. Omdat wieken niet of nauwelijks te recyclen zijn, worden ze dus maar als afval in de grond<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">gestopt. Welke gevolgen dit heeft voor het milieu is onvoldoende bekend en wordt niet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">meegewogen in de risico\u2019s van windindustrie.&nbsp;Het is met name zeer zorgwekkend dat epoxyhars-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">slijtage materiaal (met Bisfenol A als voornaamste bestanddeel) in agrarisch gebied terecht komt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het RIVM heeft een \u2018brede verkenning naar het veilig gebruik van chemische stoffen in de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">energietransitie\u2019 lopende naar aanleiding van een zogenaamde \u2018quickscan\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bisfenol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De meest zorgwekkende vervuiling door windturbine erosie bestaat uit Bisfenol A Bisfenol-A. Deze stof is een van de meest geproduceerde chemicali\u00ebn ter wereld en kent toepassingen in o.a. de verpakkingsindustrie. Mensen kunnen hieraan blootgesteld worden door inademing, huidcontact of voedselinname. In het Europese Parlement wordt een voorstel uitgewerkt om het gebruik van Bisfenol A in verpakkingen van voedingsmiddelen te verbieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe groot het toxisch effect is van Bisfenol A blijkt uit medische studies. Ondanks strenge beschermingsmaatregelen werd bij 40% van de werknemers in epoxy-industrie ontsteking van de huid (dermatitis) geconstateerd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/36199216\/\">Sensitization to epoxy resin systems in the wind turbine industry: an undesirable side-effect of renewable energies &#8211; PubMed<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bisfenol A kan aan de oestrogeen receptoren binden, waardoor het mannelijke en vrouwelijke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">vruchtbaarheid be\u00efnvloedt.
