Zo is er een verouderde luchtvaartkaart gebruikt. Uit de meest recente kaart blijkt dat voor de Vierambachtspolder, Wassenaarsche polder en polder Nieuwkoop een hoogtebeperking geldt van 146 meter. Dat is inmiddels toegegeven door de provincie. Daarnaast vermeldt de startnotitie dat HollandRijnland zou hebben aangegeven dat de bovenstaande polders geschikt zouden zijn voor hoge windturbines. Onjuiste informatie, die in een extra brief door HollandRijnland nog maar een keer is bevestigd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarnaast ontbreken in de startnotitie veel zaken die in een eerdere inspraakronde naar voren zijn gekomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verder valt op hoe slecht een aantal Statenleden zijn ge\u00efnformeerd. Men weet nauwelijks iets over gezondheidsproblemen, hoogtebeperkingen,milieu effecten , participatie enz. Er is nauwelijks geluisterd naar insprekers waarvan een flink aantal op een aanmerkelijk hoger niveau zaten dan de Statenleden zelf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat is hier nu aan de hand? De provincie heeft totaal geen draagvlak voor de plannen. Naast een groot aantal inwoners, zijn ook alle regiogemeenten tegen. De startnotitie is onvolledig, bevat verkeerde informatie, is gebaseerd op drijfzand en een flink aantal Statenleden zijn onvoldoende op de hoogte van alle nadelige neveneffecten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om nu gezichtsverlies te voorkomen wordt een beproefd politiek middel ingezet, \u201cnader onderzoek\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat biedt tijd om alle ingebrachte info nader te onderzoeken en de broodnodige kennis tot zich te nemen om uiteindelijk te besluiten dat het toch allemaal niet kan. Je hoort dat sommige Statenleden&nbsp; nu al tussen de regels door ook zeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het doet allemaal een beetje denken aan het verhaal van dat grote dier dat is gevonden,&nbsp; met enorme poten, grote oren, een slurf en slachttanden waarvan men al wel vermoedt wat het is maar er na 2 jaar onderzoek achter komt dat het een olifant is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mijn idee. De provincie gaat uitgebreid onderzoek doen en proberen inwoners en gemeenten op andere gedachten te brengen. Na de verkiezingen voor PS komt men met de resultaten. Een nieuw provinciebestuur, geconfronteerd met de resultaten van dat onderzoek kan niet anders dan de megaturbines afwijzen ( geen draagvlak, wettelijke hoogtebeperkingen, afstanden ivm gezondheid, nadelige milieu-effecten). Lagere windmolens blijken niet rendabel , kortom einde verhaal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Echter, als ideologische partijen de meerderheid krijgen in PS en ondanks alles door willen zetten, zal er nog een rechter aan te pas moeten komen om ze terug te fluiten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De discussie over windturbines in Zuid-Holland duurt voort.
